HögforsGST's management consists of managing director, the directors of key business areas and the Management Team. The highest decision-making body of the company is the Board of Directors, which has five members.

HögforsGST's managing director is Mr Antti Hartman. Hartman was elected MD in 2008, before which he was CFO of HögforsGST. The MD and the management team manage the company's daily operations in cooperation.

HögforsGST's subsidiaries in Sweden and Norway are managed by Mr Anders Josefsson.
