Largest foreign real estate investment in Russia

Baltic Pearl is a new city district for approximately 35,000 residents in Russia, near the city of St. Petersburg. The project is being funded by the Chinese Shanghai Industrial Investment Company (SIIC) and includes residential areas and public buildings, as well as shopping centres.

Baltic Pearl is an area covering 2 square kilometres west of St. Petersburg, making it the largest foreign real estate investment in the history of Russia.

In 2009, we supplied heating substations to the residential buildings of subproject 38-1. The substations covered the buildings’ heating distribution for domestic water, the radiator network, ventilation network and snow melting.
